The Bank will provide case decision based on applicant’s documentation, credit history, bureau checks and satisfaction of Internal Bank Policy.
Cases will be processed subject to satisfaction of Debt Burden Ratio (DBR) (as per Prudential Regulation’s- State Bank of Pakistan), Bank’s internal credit policy and due diligence checks
Case processing will start once all required documents from the applicant are received. In some cases additional documents may be required for case processing
KIBOR rate (One Year) on the first day of the month will be applicable and will be revised on loan anniversary.
Bank Schedule of Charges (SOC’s) are subject to change on yearly basis, however terms and conditions once specifically offered in individual cases for the whole tenure of the loan will remain unchanged/unaffected.
Residual Value Product is available for residents of Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad and Karachi only.
Suzuki Vehicles that can be financed under Residual Value Product are Bolan, Mehran, WagonR, Cultus, Swift, Ciaz and Vitara
Monthly instalment and insurance charges shown are tentative and subject to change.
Processing Fee and all other charges will be applicable as per Banks Schedule of Charges.
The registration charges are approximate and may change depending on your city Motor Vehicle Excise and Taxation
A booking once accepted will not be cancelled or altered except that:
PSMCL shall have the right to cancel the booking in case of any mis-declaration by the customer.
Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited (“PSMCL”) will allow cancellation in case of the death of the customer.
A customer can cancel a booking subject to cancellation charge of ten percent (10%) of the booking amount
The prices quoted by PSMCL in Pakistan currency are inclusive of taxes and duties Ex-Dealership based on current rates. However if any new taxes/duties are levied and/or rates of existing taxes/duties structure are revised by the Government, the impact of such levies/revisions would be borne by the customer and the applicable price at the time of delivery will include the additional amount representing the change in applicable taxes/duties
The delivery period indicated on the Provisional booking form is tentative and is subject to the terms herein below, PSMCL shall endeavor to affect deliveries on ‘first come, first serve’ basis. The delivery shall be made through the dealer. PSMC shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery of a vehicle for reasons of Force Majeure. ;
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘Force Majeure’ shall mean events including any event, circumstances or combination of events, beyond the reasonable control of PSMC which ( or the other effects of which) adversely affect the performance by PSMC of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Such ‘Force Majeure’ events shall include without limitation, strikes and social conflicts outside PSMC or its associated companies natural disasters and extraordinary weather events government or Legal restrictions, and interruption in the supply of power, epidemics and any other event that has a similar affect.
The customer must confirm the color choice of the vehicle at the time of booking. However, if the customer’s choice of color is not available despite PSMC taking reasonable steps and making reasonable efforts to obtain the same, the customer will be given option of two colors available with PSMC at that time. In case PSMC is not able to deliver the vehicle in the color selected by the customer out of two colors offered, the customer shall have the right to cancel the booking without any penalty or charges envisaged in clause 1.
The vehicles are delivered Ex-Dealership. After delivery PSMC will be indemnified against all damages and /or defects found in the vehicle(s) by any customer except to the extent covered by the warranty (“Warranty”) provided to the customer by PSMC for the vehicle.
Upon delivery of the vehicle, the customer shall sign a delivery acceptance form. Vehicle once delivered to the customer will not be taken by PSMC for any reason whatsoever. However, for any complaints Pak Suzuki’s standard warranty shall apply.
Payment shall be accepted only through BANK DRAFT/ PAY ORDER in favor of PSMC (Stating the name of the customer). The booking and /or deliveries of the vehicles shall be subject to realization of payments from customers.
In case of any dispute arising between a customer and /or dealer and PSMC, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve such dispute promptly, voluntarily and amicably through mediation with the mediator being the Chief Executive (“CEO”) of PSMC. If attempts of mediation are not successful, either party may refer the dispute for arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940. Each party shall appoint an arbitrator and the arbitrators so appointed shall appoint an umpire before proceeding with the reference. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Karachi and in English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
